New partnership at Blue Iris Coaches
Nailsea, Bristol-based Blue Iris Coaches has recently taken delivery of a new Scania OmniExpress 36 touring coach.
Supplied by Scania (Great Britain) Limited, the 12.8-metre overall length vehicle is based on a K400 EB4x2 chassis with a 400 horsepower Scania engine and fully automated Scania Opticruise gearbox.
The coach will be supported by Scania (Great Britain) Limited's Avonmouth depot, which will manage the repair and maintenance package included in the vehicle's purchase price.
Tony Spiller, owner of Blue Iris Coaches for the past 25 years, reports that the vehicle has been added to the fleet to run on a contract with Majestic Holidays.
