This position reports directly to the General Manager. The postholder will be responsible for the smooth daily operation of the Service Reception working within a strong team environment. They will also need to fully utilise all available resources to ensure maximum efficiency, productivity and utilisation are met, and deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers by way of exceptional communication.

supervision of mechanics, ensuring effective and efficient use of time and that all repairs carried out in the workshop are in line with customers’ instructions.
