Do I have to invest in specialist equipment?
No. We have all the equipment. All you need to bring is the vehicle and the relevant company or driver card, then you can simply fit downloads into your standard service or maintenance visits.
Do I need any capital outlay?
No, you can pay as you go at each download.
What cards do I need to bring?
Your company card is required to download your vehicle tachograph unit. This is separate from your driver card, which can be downloaded independently.
How do I sign up?
Ask at the Service Reception desk at your local Scania service point. We will guide you through the simple registration process and supply you with a user name and password (which you choose). These are recorded on a handy reference card that we'll give you. We’ll then give you access to the Scania portal at https://digi.scania.com and we’ll download your data. It’s that simple and one less thing to worry about.
