The simplest way to comply and minimise downtime is to fit the download into your regular inspection, service or maintenance visits. 

Download

Trained staff download your data from driver cards and digital tachograph units.  Your data file is given a unique file reference specifically relating to you, which includes VIN number, customer number, chassis number and date.

Store

Your data can be stored on our secure encrypted server which is accessible via the internet 24 hours a day.  Because we are handling data on your behalf, you must register to receive your membership card with your own user name and password.  As well as being uploaded to the Scania portal, if required, your data can also be transferred to a USB key.

Your data can be accessed via the Scania portal online at https://digi.scania.com.  Just follow the on-screen instructions.
