Scania Assistance is the complete roadside service available to Scania vehicles and all other manufacturers’ vehicles and trailers regardless of the cause of breakdown. The service operates 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
In the event of a breakdown, your first call is to our own 24-hour Scania Assistance centre on 0800 800 660 or Int +44 (0) 1274 301 260 if you are outside the UK. You’ll be talking directly to someone technically accredited who can offer advice on simple rectification. If the problem can’t be resolved over the phone, we’ll alert the nearest Scania workshop wherever you are in Europe and send out help. If the fault is diagnosed before the technician leaves his base, the appropriate parts can be sent from the workshop to carry out the repair. A high percentage of breakdowns are fixed at the roadside, but if a more extensive repair is required, we’ll recover you to the nearest Scania workshop. If the repair is likely to cause delay, we can even provide an alternative solution to ensure your load reaches its destination.
